Per request: Evening skin care routine

You know how people on social media say, “I got so many questions about this…” ? Well if you’re like me - you roll your eyes and say, yeah right… but here I go. Sharing yet another skincare routine - that I actually do get asked about.

Here’s the thing, the skincare industry is OVERWHELMING and saturated and confusing! Up until my early 30’s I just used whatever random skincare products I had lying around. Some expired, some worthless, some had harmful ingredients. I started taking my skincare seriously, getting routine facials, botox and fillers, and with the help of dermatologists and aestheticians, I have found a routine that works for me!

So if you are like me and are looking for a simply but effective skincare routine, here’s what I swear by.

First, shout out to my friend and nurse injector, Deana Benefield. She helped get my skin back on track after years of hormonal, cystic acne. Along with my friend Ashley Ramsey - they put me on a consistent routine of skincare and treatments. And shoutout to Madeline at SkinPharm for helping me get rid of dark spots and improve my skin texture/wrinkles with BBL lasers and PRP facials! For more on those procedures/treatments, check out my reel on Instagram.

Now for the step-by-step skincare. (Video linked here)

  1. Cleanse. I love a double cleanse and if I have a full face of makeup I always start with a cleansing balm. This ELF cleansing balm is cruelty free and gets rid of all my makeup. I also really like this Drunk Elephant product. Then, I wash again with my Skin Pharm Papaya Enzyme Cleanser. If I still have eyemakeup that won’t budget, this Garnier Micellar water works wonders.

  2. If I want a tan - which I usually do, I blend a couple drops of the Tan Luxe with Skin Pharm’s Youth Serum. Another combo: Mix a pea size amount of tretinoin cream - I use the ____ % —- and combine with the Skin Pharm Brightening Lotion.

  3. Finally, a good neck cream. I have been using this one lately, but I think any good anti-aging, rich neck cream will work. Juice Beauty lifting neck cream is another good one.

  4. If I want an extra glow or a little more moisture - I’ll add the Ourself Daily Renewal cream.

  5. And for the lips! I sleep with the Lawless Beauty Forget the Filler Lip plumping mask - available on amazon or here -on Sephora.

BONUS! I always sleep with a humidifier. The Canopy one is a bit more expensive but it has truly been a game-changer. I love that its easy to pick up and clean, even dishwasher safe. It’s also mold-free.

And that’s it! I linked all the products above. It’s a pretty simple routine, that if you still to it - you’ll have results.

xx
